Why are your edition sizes so small?

I make each piece by hand and takes a long time. I take great pride to get each piece as good as I can get it which takes longer than usual to finish up. 

Do you sign and number each toy?

Yes, I sign and number each toy unless its an open edition. I only sign open edition pieces. 

Do you do commissions?

Im usually to booked up on projects but feel free to contact me. Maybe I have some openings. 


What shirt brand do you print on?

Colus shirts are 100% manufactured and printed in the USA on Next Level brand shirts. 

How do I determine the right shirt size for me? 

Sizing charts are available on each product page. If a shirt has any special instructions it would be included on the chart. 

Can you notify me when you restock or release a design? 

For your convenience you can keep up to date with all the latest news by subscribing to the Colus newsletter and following me on facebook or Instagram. I post updates on new products, sales and specials so be sure to check in regularly. 


Shipping What shipping method do you use? 

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. 

How long does shipping take? 

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of ordering. Standard shipping orders inside the contiguous US takes anything from 5 to 10 business days. International orders, depending on the destination and customs processing, usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive.

How much does shipping cost? 

The amount of items in your order and the country you are ordering from affects the shipping price. To determine your shipping cost, add the items to your cart and select your country.  
*Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country which is out of my control. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, I ship to almost every country around the world.

My package never arrived, where's my package? 

Please make sure that you have waited the necessary time frame for your package to arrive. (see above for shipping times). Make sure to always look out for a pick up slip from your local post office. Your item may be delayed at customs in your country and could increase the time frame of delivery. I am not responsible for lost items, unclaimed or stolen packages, or incorrect shipping addresses. Check your order carefully before finalizing it.   


How secure is the Colus store? 

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). 

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through PayPal. 

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from the Colus store? 

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. 

What is your return policy? 

My goal is to provide the highest quality and complete customer satisfaction. That being said, I take utmost care on each art toy that I make. Each toy is hand made and therefore will have slight imperfections. Each toy ordered will be wrapped and packaged as best I can and once I hand it off to the shipping carrier I will not be held responsible for any damage, lost, misdelivered or stolen packages.  In general, unworn shirts can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase.
